eGistics Chairman and CEO Bob Lund Elected Vice Chairman of the TAWPI Board of Directors

Dallas, August 4, 2008 - eGistics, Inc., a leading provider of hosted document solutions, today announced the election of eGistics Chairman and CEO Bob Lund as Vice Chairman of the TAWPI Board of Directors. TAWPI is an international not-for-profit association focused on delivering educational resources to payments and document automation professionals. Lund will serve a one-year term as Vice Chair of the TAWPI Board, beginning in January. Under TAWPI bylaws, he will become Chairman of the TAWPI Board of Directors in 2010.
