Cottonwood Feeders is a 15,000 head custom feedlot that was constructed five miles northwest of Stuart, Nebraska. The feedyard is built on 320 acres and has an option on an adjoining 320 acres. The company is in the business of feeding cattle on behalf of its customers.

Destination Golf was formed in 2008 for the purpose of developing destination golf courses. The first being The Prairie Club, a world class semi-private golf resort located on the rim of Snake River Canyon near Valentine, Nebraska with two unique 18 hole layouts and a 10 hole par three Horse course.
